Resonance is a Metis owned and operated company that emerged through the direction of spirit. The core work of Resonance is attending to the notion of “wahkotawin” which is a Cree word that refers to relationships and relatedness. We have come to understand that living life is about having a constant, meaningful relationship with the self.

As human beings, “the way we do anything is the way we do everything.” The nature of the relationship we have with ourselves is the template for the relationships we will have with everyone else in our lives and everything else, including time, money and energy. Defining and refining the relationship with self and mastering the language of accountability is the core of Resonance work and the reason Resonance emerged.

Resonance is owned and operated by registered social worker (Mariah) Skye Sinclair.

Skye’s experience is in holistic and spirit directed wellness and her background includes human resources consulting, mediation and conflict resolution, training and counselling. Her health and wellness knowledge is intuitive and hands-on, drawing on diverse holistic traditional and indigenous healing modalities including Family & System Constellation, GeoTran, Reiki and aromatherapy.
